Order management

How to view your historical orders:

1. Go to “Orders” in the left-hand menu.
2. Identify the order you are interested in. If necessary, use our quick filters to refine the list.
3. Click “View Order Details.”

How to see an update on my orders shipping status:

1. In the list view, either observe the order status directly or click “View Order Details” for more information.
2. Once in the order details, scroll down to view the shipment section to check the status of individual items.
3. For a more detailed history of the order’s progress, scroll down further to access the Timeline.

Find the payment due date for an order:

1. Identify the order you are interested in, and if necessary, use our quick filters to narrow down the list.
2. Click “View Order Details.”
3. Look at the top of the order details page where the payment due date is listed.

Download a Tax Invoice:

1. Identify the order you are interested in, and if necessary, use our quick filters to refine the list.
2. Click “View Order Details.”
3. If a tax invoice is available for download, you’ll find the ‘Download Invoices’ button active.
4. Click ‘Download Invoices.’
5. In the popup that appears, choose whether to download your shipping invoice or your order’s tax invoice by clicking the corresponding download link.
