How to Create an RFQ?

1. Go to “RFQ” in the left-hand menu.
2. Click “Create RFQ”
3. Search for an existing product or add a new product to the list – you can add up to 10 products
4. Select an expiry date for your RFQ – this must be in the future
5. Click “Submit RFQ”
6. Click “Confirm” on the review screen

Create an RFQ using a template

1. Go to “RFQ” in the left-hand menu.
2. Click “Create RFQ”
3. Download the bulk product template
4. Add up to 10 products, ensuring where appropriate that you select values from the dropdown lists
5. Save the file
6. Click “Upload Bulk Product Template” and upload your file
7. Select an expiry date for your RFQ – this must be in the future
8. Click “Submit RFQ”
9. Click “Confirm” on the review screen

How to respond to a quote?

1. Go to “RFQ” in the left-hand menu.
2. Click “My RFQs”
3. Find an active RFQ that is in a status of “Quote submitted” and click “View RFQ”
4. There you will find details on the quote which can be accepted or rejected

How to accept a quote and place an order?

1. Go to “RFQ” in the left-hand menu.
2. Click “My RFQs”
3. Find an active RFQ that is in a status of “Quote submitted” and click “View RFQ”
4. Click “Accept & Checkout”
5. Complete the checkout process and place the order
